JOB SUMMARY: The Director, Marketing and Communications is responsible for the development and execution of high-impact and measureable marketing strategies, sales programs, corporate communications, and lead campaigns to drive revenue and to position and promote Health Integrated products and corporate identity in the marketplace. This is a critical, highly regarded role within our fast-growing and innovative organization. The Director, Marketing and Communications is expected to have a strong knowledge of Health Integrated?s value proposition, products and services, sales processes and corporate goals and be able to parlay that knowledge to drive revenue growth through marketing programs and communications. The Director, Marketing and Communications should be well versed in leveraging marketing channels and various media, including new media, to reach targeted audiences. The Director, Marketing and Communications should be able to write persuasive content and to create memorable value propositions. We need a team-player who has the persona to work closely with our senior leadership team (SLT) while leading the marketing department and supporting sales, product development and operations.

Bachelor degree required. Preferences for BA in Marketing, Journalism, Writing, or Business; MBA in Marketing or similar advanced degree preferred.
? 10+ years relevant work experience required, including people management; marketing experience in healthcare related fields, particularly care management, preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and management skills; team-mindedness and collaboration-driven; expertise in marketing communications; planning, organizing and executing marketing programs; expertise in offline and online marketing; ability to clearly articulate the value and attributes of company, products and services through written, verbal and other communications that are memorable and differentiated; self-initiative; strong analytical skills; history of driving positive sales results though marketing; creativity; ability to perform multiple tasks at once; expertise in organizing and executing multi- pronged strategies; knowledge and appreciation of sales processes and sales best practices.
? Develop sales collateral and marketing communications materials ? sales presentations, white papers, case studies, email messages, webinar content, press releases, and other multi-media tools to directly impact revenue growth objectives and to create market awareness
? Develop product and corporate communications strategies, branding, positioning and messaging to drive incremental revenue growth and to create market awareness
? Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to develop customer targets, marketing campaign strategies and specific messaging
? Define, plan and execute marketing campaigns and programs leveraging all modes of communication
? Provide overall Marketing leadership to the company, including management of Marketing staff and of vendor relationships
? Mobilize subject matter experts within organization from which to develop content
? Create, produce, promote webinars and other targeted events
? Drive web strategy, tactics, maintenance, content
? Establish Health Integrated?s industry thought leadership platform through executive speaker programs, industry panels, publications, white papers, and other means
? Work with Product Management and Operations to develop strategies and tactics for product positioning and messaging, sales tools/collateral, marketing/PR communications, web strategy and other promotional activities
? Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of marketplace environment, healthcare policies and current events to proactively position company and products
? Measure performance of marketing campaigns and activities
? Conduct market research to determine company and product position in market (share, impressions, image)
? Manage Health Integrated presence at tradeshows
? Develop program design and messaging for Executive Leadership events, manage execution
? Support, and at times lead, the execution of RFPs and RFIs
