Incapsula Inc., a Cloud-Based website security and acceleration service is looking for an energetic and driven Director of Marketing to help drive the marketing team, located at our office in Redwood Shores, CA. This position will report to the VP of Marketing & Business Development.

The Director of Marketing should be a strategic thinker, an expert in online and digital marketing and a team leader skilled in using a variety of online marketing tactics such as PCC, SEM, SEO, Display Ads, Retargeting, Content Marketing, and others to maximize awareness, web traffic, leads and conversions.
Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including campaigns and content repurposing/development.
Execute multichannel digital strategies and campaigns from start to finish.
Leverage demand generation tools, resources and agencies for campaigns, programs, and reporting purposes.
Create and develop integrated programs in alignment with new product launches, co-marketing campaigns, existing product up-sell and cross-sales, and new market development.
Build the overall strategy for utilizing the right guerilla and mainstream marketing tactics in a combined and integrated manner.
Optimize campaign results and key performance metrics.
Manage a team of online marketers and budget.
3 ? 5+ years of experience in demand generation/inbound marketing.
Prior experience creating and executing integrated inbound marketing and lead/demand generation campaigns with a successful track record of measurable results.
B2B software marketing experience with SaaS application with IT/Security experience as a plus.
Experience with marketing technology automation platforms and web analytics tools (Marketo & SFDC).
Demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Attention to detail and strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and requests.
Excellent analytical, conceptual and creative problem solving skills.
