TokBox is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Director of Product Marketing who shares our passion for changing the world through live, face-to-face video communication. You?ll be helping us support a wide-range of products and uses: web and mobile, branded and unbranded, internal and partner applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with technical products and be passionate about changing the world with our face-to-face video platform.
Responsibilities
Evangelize face-to-face video, our OpenTok platform and off-the-shelf "plug and play" applications
Define and execute go-to-market strategies to launch new TokBox products and features
Lead and manage all aspects of the company?s website, paid search, display advertising, organic search, email and lead generation campaigns; including SEO, and web design.
Design and execute CRM programs to nurture developer awareness and interest in TokBox solutions.
Persuasively communicate the relevance and benefits of face-to-face video communications and TokBox?s expertise across multiple use cases and vertical markets
Develop sales/BD toolkits targeting specific partner and end-user use cases
Interpret, and regularly report on, web analytics and key performance indicators.
Support Partner Marketing and the Business Development team with tools and resources for current and prospective customers, developers, press and spokespeople
Requirements
Experience and ability to thrive and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced Startup environment
Experience marketing disruptive products and an/or services.
7+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a high-velocity b2b setting
2-3 years experience creating and executing customer acquisition programs -- including pay-per-click (PPC) and organic search engine marketing, landing page optimization, and affiliate programs -- across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, etc.), ideally for a self-service business-to-business SaaS application.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to translate technology features into business benefits.
Technically curious, but business oriented - you don't need to be a stats geek, but you do need to measure and drive programs to optimize ROI and resource allocation
Intimate experience with email marketing analytics, Google Analytics and other web tracking tools to measure the customer acquisition process
