Director of Marketing, Subscriber Acquisitions SnapOne, Inc.
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Snap One is looking for a Director of Marketing, Subscriber Acquisitions to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate is highly adaptive, self-starter and has a proven track record managing large-scale direct marketing programs, creating segmentation strategies and messaging, a history of rapid expansion of increasing subscriber acquisition, and developing retention and onboarding programs. To be qualified for this role, you must have online and multi-channel acquisition experience, credit card billing experience and an inner drive to aggressively grow a subscriber base.
Aggressively create innovative new consumer marketing programs that generate increased subscriber results
Manage the design and development of core online acquisition campaigns that align with business objectives
Identify and recommend how to enter new channels and emerging online advertising platforms
Partner with the analytics team to create and analyze subscriber analytics and modeling and use results to optimized website, strategies and design
Report on campaign results with implications for future campaigns and testing (Churn, LTV, Acquisition Flow)
Work with key stakeholders and internal departments to define strategy, objectives and deadlines to ensure that company and marketing strategies are met
Build out the subscriber acquisition team domestically and internationally
Negotiate and buy media for print, radio, broadcast, internet, mobile, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
10+ years experience in marketing and subscriber acquisition
Excellent understanding of consumer product marketing strategies specifically in the digital and high-tech space
Credit Card Billing ? Product sales direct to consumer ? understanding of CNP (Card Not Present)
Expert knowledge of subscription billing programs
Expertise in subscriber analytics and modeling
Budget management ($25-100 million) with ownership of P&L
Expertise in the following channels: online advertising, mobile advertising, search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, DRTV and lead generation
Full understanding of CPA, CPC and CPM models
Understanding of Churn and LTV analysis
Strong understanding of customer life cycles
Have created and implemented retention and onboarding programs
Travel Required (less than 20%)
Compensation commensurate with experience.
