The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing clearly defined marketing and communications strategies that support our business growth objectives and enhance brand equity and awareness. This position is responsible for leading all marketing and communication functions to achieve Invenio?s revenue growth, profitability and visibility objectives while ensuring consistent marketing messages and positioning across all client touch points. The successful candidate will manage all internal and external marketing resources and build strong integration with the sales, product marketing and professional service organizations.

Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Direct, plan and oversee all marketing strategies and tactics of Invenio Solutions.
Develop marketing plan and annual operating budget; analyze and control expenditures, conforming to budgetary guidelines.
Strategize, define, and execute on lead generation for direct sales and channel (partner) sales.
Will define marketing and branding strategies with final accountability for successful execution of results.
Responsible for developing and managing effective digital media marketing and campaigns designed to drive company awareness and lead generation.
Create advertising strategies and place trade advertising to promote product brand awareness.
Marketing Communications and Public Relations:
Produce sales collateral and materials including brochures, case studies and client testimonials to facilitate the sales process.
Provide input and direction relative to online marketing including website, social media presence, search engine optimization, etc.
Direct Public Relations strategy and execution including press release development, media pitching, bylined article development, speaking engagements, etc.
Marketing Programs and Execution:
Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.
Collaborate closely with product and sales management to ensure successful product launch, product promotion, and marketing efforts to support the sales growth objectives of Invenio.
Manage external marketing agencies and consultants.
Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to maximize results and produce strong sales opportunities and promote product brand awareness.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop metrics for evaluating campaign effectiveness as well as pipeline/lead management and analysis.
Manage and analyze results of all marketing programs and recommend changes to approach based on performance.
Manage effective relations with marketing analysts and market research firms, (Gartner).
Act as subject matter expert to leadership on issues relating to effective marketing.
Minimum eight years marketing experience at a high-growth technology company.
3-5 years of building and running B2B Marketo Marketing Campaigns is required.
Two years? experience at director level or five years? experience at marketing manager level.
Experience with new digital media and internet advertising.
Experience managing Salesforce.com and related add-ons,
Fluent with Marketo a must
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

BS/BA in Marketing or related field
