? Marketing Strategy - Create and drive overall merchant marketing strategy, including marketing programs, campaigns and launches, to drive demand, create loyal regulars and generate marketplace awareness for LivingSocial merchant solutions.
? Market Segmentation - Identify market opportunities and prioritize key merchant segments. Provide key insights to influence product roadmap and strategy.
? Positioning - Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates LivingSocial merchant solutions from the competition, across multiple markets and business types.
? Market Intelligence ? Be the expert on merchant buying needs and criteria; understand your competition and how to sell against them.
? Sales Enablement - Create client-facing collateral, websites, sales materials, and demonstrations
? Product Launch ? Develop integrated marketing plans and lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution launches and campaigns. Work collaboratively with numerous groups including Sales, Merchant Product Experience and Merchant Services.
? Define and track project success metrics for marketing programs and campaigns
? Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing and/or product marketing
? Ability to cultivate and maintain productive working relationships with internal business partners
? Ability to learn and articulate the brand through product marketing strategy, and uphold corporate values.
? Personality that is goal-focused, self-motivated, creative, flexible and adaptable to new situations
? Strong project management and coordination skills
? Ability to drive progress, strategically and creatively think in a fast-paced environment
? Excellent communication and writing skills and great attention to detail
? Experience managing teams
? Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
