Director of Network Operations iPipeline, Inc.

Serving as the lead of the Network and Infrastructure group within iPipeline, this role will be pivotal in the continued growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
Management of the day-to-day operations of all iPipeline infrastructure, including execution of all relevant processes (incident management, problem resolution, change control, release and software configuration management, asset management, etc.)
Responsible for people management to sustain a high performance culture, ensuring proper skills, attitude and empowerment at all levels in the organization, selecting and developing managers and leaders.
P&L accountability for assigned teams
Provide daily operational direction and oversight in the management of Service Levels against formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including the management of outages and escalations.
Implementation of operational solution designs, concepts, architectures, standards, server configuration, tools and processes.
Manage internal capacity and system performance through proactive capacity planning.
Develops, publishes and maintains a comprehensive organization-wide information privacy and security strategy, plans, policies procedures and guidelines.
Identifies current security infrastructure and defines what kind of security must be designed and implemented in order to meet requirements.
Coordinates information security audits and reviews.
Develops and executes upon internal risk assessments, business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans.
Job Requirements
Experience managing an enterprise scale network operation within an IT organization
At least 5 years of experience managing Information Technology teams. Previous experience managing a staff of software configuration/deployment personnel, system administrators, network administrators, SQL Server DBAs and technical help desk personnel required.
Excellent ability to work under stress and tight deadlines
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead under adverse conditions a must
Ability to communicate with non-technical departments and customers in a clear way that provides an understanding and inspires confidence in the team?s ability to deliver complex technical solutions.
Expertise with tools, processes and technology used in large network operations environments required.
Experience with vendor management.
Experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning
Understanding of PII and the technical implications of security threats and vulnerabilities.
Experience managing security systems such as anit-virus, firewalls, patch management, intrusion detection and encryption.
Ability to work in a multi-office environment and willingness to travel as required.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in MIS, Business Administration or Computer Science. Master degree desirable, but not required.
