Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day relationships with Gilts growing list of partners
Develop existing partnerships to drive long-term, mutually beneficial results that create and extend strategic advantage
Develop and sustain superior partner relationships through proactive partner management, providing ongoing data and feedback, and delivering superior consultation
Prospect and win new partnerships with cutting edge and trend-setting partners to build on Gilts mission
Identify new partner opportunities in line with each partners objectives; foster loyalty by exceeding partners expectations and becoming a valuable source for partners
Qualifications:
5 years of experience managing and growing strategic alliances from concept development through launch and partner development/future growth with partners ranging from startup to multinational organizations
E-commerce and/or technology partnership experience is required
Strong project management skills and proven success meeting deadlines for internal execution against launch plans
Excellent internal and external influencing skills to align stakeholders and motivate potential partners
Resourceful problem solver who can create programs with limited technical and business resources; able to find creative solutions to keep projects on track
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; outstanding presentation skills to all levels of an organization; ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately based on the audience
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly
Results focused and attentive to detail
Willingness to travel 25 of the time.
