Director of Pricing and Offer Management Integra Telecom

As the Director of Pricing and Offer Management you are responsible for the management of a team of offer managers and pricing program managers to drive the tactical deal support and program based revenue initiatives to enable optimal bundling solutions and churn reduction. A successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years? experience in offer and strategic pricing roles to enable the optimal pricing strategies for promotions, bundled solutions and maintain the day to day complex deal support to drive the business. This role requires that the person work collaboratively with the various field organizations and be willing to travel 20% of the time.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. For a Director of Marketing, at least 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, including experience in telecom or IT services product management. The position requires an individual with a strong financial background, with experience building business cases and evaluating financial results. The candidate will possess strong oral and written communications skills. Ability to lead team, organization to results via performance based metrics.
?Develop and implement pricing and bundling activities that maximize revenue gains including definition of expected results, reviewing the performance of pricing activities to expectations.
?Understand and communicate customer needs and behavior by analyzing term trends and churn patterns to develop optimal pricing targets and margin.
?Perform channel, vertical ? general market analysis to understand pricing trends and opportunities.
?Drive product owners to create clear value based pricing models based on product and market dynamics to ensure product portfolios are rational and competitive in market.
?Management of a team of offer managers to deals are reviewed under the lens of strategic, financial and alignment to product portfolio with a bias to win deals.
?Provide deal feedback and competitive intelligence to marketing and product with regular cadence.
?Own the holistic product financial reporting, models and analytics for organization, including but not limited to: root cause analysis, Win/Loss against deal opportunities, Competitive pricing, Product P& L reporting.
?Perform other related projects and duties as assigned or requested.
?Demonstrated strategic long range thinking experience; ability to balance long term direction with need for immediate impact and results
?Ability to think outside of the standard methodologies to drive programmatic results for revenue initiatives.
?Strong marketing, product or financial background including ability creativity solve deal economic challenges within the internal guidelines.
?Solid presentation skills, with ability to promote ideas with internal leadership or direct customer engagements.
?Ability to manage virtual teams with members from other organizations including engineering, finance, sales, product marketing, and marketing.
