Director of Product; At Home LivingSocial

We?re looking to hire a Director for LivingSocial At Home, our home services and products business line, which features daily offers on house cleaning, lawn care, and many other home maintenance/improvement services. This leader will manage and accelerate an already profitable, fast-growing business unit ? overseeing the sales strategy and business operations to drive top line sales, bottom line profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction.
? Create the vision, lead the strategy and own the P&L of LivingSocial?s home services business.
? Craft the sales, product, and operational roadmap for the business; report on progress/milestones frequently and iterate as needed to hit quarterly/yearly goals;
? Act as the curator and publisher of each At Home deals collection, with a careful eye toward presenting LivingSocial members the best services and home goods offers available;
? Measure revenue, P&L, market share, and competitor ranking, and consistently beat goals/expectations for each;
? Coach/mentor the business?s program manager/analyst; lead and inspire a team of dedicated sales specialists; and work hand-in-hand with other liaisons to the At Home business, including support personnel in adjacent departments: product, dev, finance, legal, accounting, consumer operations, HR, PR, marketing, etc.
? Conduct competitive and regional trend analyses and own thought-leadership in your region for home trends and consumer interests;
? Act as the voice of the category by sharing new ideas for improving our product, sales process/strategy, and daily operations.

? 7+ years experience in sales, operations, and/or general management roles
? 2+ years working within the home category (ideally home services).
? Established ability to execute on all aspects of managing a large business and maintaining a culture of excellence
? Exceptional player/coach sales management experience
? Ability to develop relevant and actionable market analysis
? Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately based on the audience
? Proven self-starter with ability to deliver on targets without constant supervision
? Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly
? Previous start-up company experience preferred
