Our Home Page team creates and managers a series of affinity based Internet gateways. Content comes from strategic partnerships or is developed in house.
The Director of Product Management leads product development teams. The product management group works very collaboratively with engineering, services, sales, marketing and account management and this role will be responsible for successfully aligning resources against one of the most important customer segments for the company.
Define the product vision
Own the division objectives, strategies, and outcomes
Own the division P&L
Create features across all products that increase consumer engagement and retention
Analyze A/B, multi-variant tests and KPI trends
Develop road maps for new consumer touch points, such as Google Chrome, Windows8 (Metro) and our mobile initiatives
Maintain communication among and between stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment of vision and implementation
Develop and maintain technical product roadmaps
Enable prioritization of technical product features amongst stakeholders
Anticipate and mitigate roadblocks and barriers to development
7+ years of experience with professional software product development
Experience with consumer applications
Experience developing large scale consumer websites
Understanding of Direct Marketing and Lifetime Value models
Strong understanding of the Internet landscape
Experience with large scale Content Management Systems
Strong analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven ability and willingness to get in the weeds to solve problems
Capable of managing large teams
Ability to delegate directives, motivate and negotiate.
Ability to lead and mentor successfully.
Ability to manage up and down, navigate within the culture of the business and having a sense of awareness of how the businesses interrelate and impacts business unit.
Able to demonstrate understanding of financial drivers
