We seek a Senior Director, Product Management, reporting to the VP of Strategy and Product Management. This position is located in our offices in Boise Idaho, or San Francisco, CA.
In this role you will oversee the Domain Management Service. You will develop the product vision, strategy, and backlog that will deliver highly differentiated solutions to the market. You will work with product development, marketing, customer success, sales and operations to deliver solutions to market on schedule within budget. Develop a clear and concise product vision & strategy;
Develop a roadmap that is strategically aligned and demonstrates support for the vision & strategy;
Develop the business rationale around investment choices; present to key stakeholders gaining their support and buy-in;
Responsible for quickly reacting to emerging market trends, validating product concepts with customers, driving features into the market;
Responsible for building the product backlog;
Responsible for working with our Design team to develop concept prototypes. Furthermore, working with customers to validate concepts;
Responsible for working with our development team to insure implementation is sufficient to achieve the acceptance criteria;
Accountable for delivering your features on-time, within the proposed budget;
Responsible for developing strong partnerships across the organization.

7+ years software industry experience;
5+ Product Line Management experience;
3+ years of experience in a SaaS business;
3+ years of work experience with a Domain Name Registrar and/or Registry highly desired;
Proven experience as a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional Product Line Manager in the software industry;
Experience with Internet services & concepts highly desired;
Experience with Agile Development Methodologies;
Experience with Software as a Service and Managed Services ;
Demonstrated leadership skills;
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Ability to present at the executive level;
Analytical with demonstrated complex problem solving abilities;
Strong customer focus;
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent required;
MBA highly desired.
