The Director of Product Marketing will support the Vice President of Product Marketing in creating and sharing the market positioning, features and benefits of product components to both internal and external audiences. This position will support all Sales Channels including Enterprise as and Partner and Channel audiences. The goal of this position is to drive leads and interest in Clarabridge and its products.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for the organization on all things Product Marketing including the management of the Product Marketing Team
Manage Marketing preparations for all go-to-market product launch strategy including the creation and maintenance of collateral, sales enablement materials and training, updates to the website, blogs, oversight and approval of related PR and lead generation campaigns
Oversee the Competitive Intelligence process including the gaining of information, updating to internal reference material and training of the Sales Team
Oversee Customer Use Case materials including gathering of information from the customer and/or Clarabridge team members and editing for final presentation and use in collateral
Be a Clarabridge Thought Leader on the Customer Experience Management field, Clarabridge offerings and differentiators presenting at a portion of Clarabridge roadshows, tradeshows, and meetings with customers and prospects
Participate in product related webinars to help market new offerings and features
Liaison with the Product Management Team on new product features and offerings as requested by the field
Work with the other Marketing departments to coordinate product launches with Events, PR & Analyst Relations and Lead Generation
Work with the Clarabridge Customer Advisory Board (CAB) on the gathering of customer feedback on products, features and the new roadmap
Participate in Customer Vertical Meetings on a quarterly fashion to both share new features and gain feedback and input into the Product Roadmap
Requirements:
Seasoned Marketing professional with 8-10 years of experience to include: launching new products, creating collateral and sharing large scale corporate and product vision and strategy
Ability to lead, mentor and grow a team on both daily tasks such as the creation of new materials and also larger scale tasks such as planning for a large release
Strength in publically presenting Clarabridge materials at Roadshows, Tradeshows and with customers and prospects
Ability to integrate best practices and a repeatable process into the product release process
Collaborative work strategy and ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment that includes both managing and working to meet a common goal for success
Bachelor?s Degree or higher preferred
