Director of Professional Services Carnegie Learning
The Director of Professional Services is responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of high quality professional development programs and services for K-12+ mathematics educators. The Director is responsible for building a vibrant and growing portfolio of services to meet the market-driven needs of educators specifically related to implementation fidelity, data-driven accountability, and math content knowledge.
The Director of Professional Services will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing and Professional Services and will support a team including: Sr. Managers of School Partnerships, Assistant Director of Professional Services focused on services development, and training managers.

Job functions:
Performs analysis of department offerings, ensuring mission driven and financial viability
Develops processes and procedures for developing and maintaining department initiatives
Strategizes and communicates with the other departments on a regular basis to ensure knowledge of Professional Services goals and initiatives
Coordinates and facilitates high-level implementation meetings for sustainable, standards-based training with leadership, key clients, and stakeholders
Assists Vice President of Marketing and Professional Services in communicating across and within the department
Collaborates and supports sales team in creating personalized professional learning plans and implementation models for clients, including presentations and professional learning narratives
Coordinates day-to-day communication and collaboration with Managers of School Partnerships, training managers, consultants, and content developers
Coordinates activities related to planning and execution of Online Professional Development and National Math Institute
Participates in activities focused on building the internal capacity Carnegie Learnings Professional Services team including staff and consultants through internal staff development
Stay abreast of federal education and funding trends; respond as needed with marketing and promotional campaigns
Experience
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred
5+ years experience in education or publishing industry
This position requires 40-50 travel.
