The Global Leader for Implementation will drive our implementation strategy and be responsible for the delivery of implementation services to achieve high customer loyalty. This leader should have broad understanding of the overall consulting marketplace for communication services, detailed knowledge of key competitors, and experience delivering consulting services for SaaS products preferably communications/phone solutions.
The ideal individual will be both visionary and pragmatic, and be able to work effectively in a matrixed environment. He or she will define and drive the Services growth strategy, ensure execution, and build and manage a high performing global team to success.
Manage the implementation business globally, including the execution of the Major Accounts implementations.
Manage the operational components including, forecasting, utilization, and resource management.
Oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects including proactively reviewing projects to ensure they are structured for success and meet defined quality standards.
Ability to create, review and effectively negotiate project commercial and scope documentation with customers. Build the team. Define and drive the growth strategies. Mentor and coach consulting team members, hire and develop key talent, and manage performance.
Work closely with global delivery leaders to ensure strategy and execution is aligned.
Demonstrate an ability to effectively manage customer expectations and escalations, including Red Accounts and ensuring that a clear, well thought out action plan is developed and executed to ensure a successful conclusion.
Develop effective executive level relationships with key RingCentral customers.
Ability to collaborate effectively with the CFL regional leaders and Sales leaders to build and develop a sales pipeline and convert to booked business, achieving necessary bookings targets.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of RingCentral products and services and how they can apply to specific customer situations.
Must be willing and able to travel regular basis.
Qualifications & Skills:
Broad-based business and technology professional with 10+ years of Consulting delivery and management experience, with a proven track record of managing a consulting P&L gained with a US software or services organization.
A technical degree and MS or MBA.
Detailed understanding of best practices for cloud based communication systems and experience with complex phone and IT deployments.
Experience working with telecommunications and networking
High-horsepower, high-energy, visionary leader with a proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives.
Consistent track record of building and managing great teams and relentless operational execution.
Extensive experience presenting to and collaborating with Sr. Management including CEO and Board of Directors.
Skillful collaboration and diplomacy to ensure smooth working relationships across matrixed teams.
Robust analytical skills and the ability to deliver on detail as well as strategy.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technology and business concepts.
