The Director of Program Marketing will create, direct and oversee NaviNet?s campaigns to reach and engage with our provider and user network to increase adoption and network activity. The Director will consult with internal and customer sponsors who want to execute campaigns and advise on the creative use of channels, including website, direct marketing, Internet and social media, and high-touch outreach. Working with a collaborative team, the Director will continuously evaluate campaign results and make adjustments as needed. Drawing on a creative design approach, the Director of Program Marketing will revamp the look and feel of NaviNet internet and other channel campaigns.
Strong ability to understand and apply current methods for Internet and other channels to engage end users
Ability to work with internal and external customers in a consultative manner to advise them on the optimum way to meet their adoption objectives
Work closely with existing website, database marketing, and high-touch marketing teams to design and execute campaigns and all related tactics
Track and manage multiple campaigns concurrently
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and create a proven methodology to drive adoption

5-8 years of program marketing experience
Extensive experience in internet marketing
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Ability to create and execute creative campaigns while monitoring and managing campaign effectiveness
