MediaMath is currently seeking highly qualified and experienced Business Development all-star with roughly 5 years of business development and/or product development experience in the digital advertising industry. The Director of Publisher Development will manage new and existing strategic relationships including vetting new partner opportunities, coordinating internal product/sales/engineering interactions with partners, negotiating contracts, and maintaining senior level partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
Explore, analyze and structure strategic business opportunities and strategies
Conduct due diligence on new digital marketing partners and technologies
Develop business plans for partnerships including goals, timing, revenue & profit projections, business requirements and risk projections
Negotiate business terms and work with legal counsel to finalize contracts
Manage new and existing strategic partnerships, maintaining senior level partner relationships and driving specific initiatives
Coordinate internal product/sales/engineering interactions with partners
Assist with evaluating and developing the company?s long-term strategic plans
Requirements:
Solid working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and existing rolodex of partners
Excellent organizational, communication and peer management skills
Familiarity with legal contracts and managing legal counsel
Experience with financial modeling and revenue forecasting
Intellectual curiosity, desire to learn, and passion for building a best-of-class product
