Director of QA Lattice Engines

Lattice Engines is a dynamic, fast-growing company and we are looking to hire a Director of QA to join our Boston office. In this role, you will build and lead a team of dynamic individuals tasked with providing enterprise quality assurance, documentation and release engineering for our enterprise predictive analytics SaaS application suite.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of QA, documentation, and build and release engineers tasked with all things quality
Set and communicate standards and procedures for the overall QA architecture and methodology
Set and communicate strategy as it pertains to automated testing
Recommend and evaluate QA, documentation, B&R and agile/SCRUM tool set
Design, build and maintain Engineering lab for development and QA
Set standards for test plans and test case development
Drive and contribute to adoption of agile/SCRUM within Development and QA
Provide leadership, mentoring and career growth for direct reports
Contribute to broader corporate process for the design and development of enterprise class products

Qualifications

BS/BA in Computer Science or related discipline required
4+ years of experience managing teams testing and delivering enterprise class systems
Experience must include the ability to manage multiple product lines and release trains
5+ years of hands on experience with automation and regression testing
2+ years working with Agile/SCRUM
Experience conducting performance testing required
Experience must include working within Microsoft?s .NET stack (IIS, .NET, SQL Server, C#)
Strong understanding of Internet architectures
Hands on experience building and maintaining an Engineering lab with 50 machines or more; VMware experience considered favorably
