Director of QA

AtTask is looking for a Director of QA. As the Director of QA you will be an integral part of a highly focused leadership team responsible for delivering world class, quality products to our customers. You will be responsible for growing and developing our QA team into an industry leading organization leveraging and setting industry standards in quality.

What you?ll be doing:

Developing stringent software quality standards and practices that set the standard for the industry
Ensuring all QA processes are carried out in an efficient and timely manner
Working on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Establishing operational initiatives and work plans, and coordinating assignments with subordinate managers and teams
Anticipating program release problems and taking corrective action to resolve and achieve organizational commitments
Developing metrics that enable monitoring of progress towards the attainment of quality objectives
Managing geographically dispersed teams


Your experience:

BS or MS in Computer Science
5+ years experience managing and growing a QA organization
Extensive experience in test automation and continuous integration leveraging, JUnit, Selenium, Jenkins, EC2
Proven ability to manage, mentor and motivate technical professionals in a high-volume environment
Demonstrated ability partnering with various leaders on requirements and quality
Effective communication with executive-level leaders as well as front line technicians
Experience with Agile development practices
Extensive experience or strong working knowledge of development platforms and technologies
Experience testing mobile platforms is a plus
