Director of Revenue Cycle Operations Clinicient
The Director, Revenue Cycle Operations is responsible for delivery of best in class revenue cycle management services to Clinicient?s outpatient rehabilitation clients. This role is ideal for the individual who is always looking to do better, who sees good enough as the enemy of great, who is constantly demanding the best from themselves and is passionate about building high-producing, high-quality teams.
As the Director, Revenue Cycle Operations you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to maximize and accelerate client cash flow. Through your leadership you will equip your team with the tools, knowledge, and processes necessary to educate and inform clients of the key metrics to measure clinic success, the factors that influence these metrics, and steps that can be taken to improve the metrics. You will develop and monitor a set of KPIs that measure the success of your team and will continually drive to increasing efficiency and performance.
Performance against KPI?s and customer satisfaction ratings will be primary measures of success in this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify strategic initiatives to scale and improve revenue cycle operations.
Drive process improvement through product and people that maximize and accelerate client cash flow.
Build, develop, and manage the team responsible for delivering exceptional revenue cycle services to clients, including ensuring the team can competently communicate with clients about key clinic performance metrics and effectively guide clients to improvement.
Foster and maintain client relationships through regular and ongoing communication.
Identify and implement initiatives to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of services provided.
Develop and measure KPIs to measure individual and team performance.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in development of annual departmental budgets and operational plans.
Ad hoc projects as requested.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
5-10 years previous experience managing high-volume, client centric activities ? revenue cycle, financial services, etc.
Bachelor degree required, MBA highly desirable.
Experience and understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and/or SaaS-based BPO highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and driving increasing performance as measured by KPIs.
