About the Job:
- "Hunt", "Build" and "Grow" a pipeline and "Close" new business.
- Build relationships with prospective customers.
- Manage and execute sales cycles from Leads to Cash - Cold call and visit prospective customers. Procure business and follow up with delivery and payment.
- Collaborate with Engineering on Product Evolution..
- This is a "Hunter" position exclusively - not a "Farmer".
- Use the CRM Product to meticulously detail activities and information.
An undergraduate degree.
Energetic with unbridled Enthusiasm. Positive, go-getter, no excuses attitude.
Conversant with the concept of Cloud.
Experienced selling software & services to at least one of the following sectors: Manufacturing, Insurance, Telecom, Health.
3 - 10 years of experience selling CRM.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven closing skills.
- Compensation : Results based and Performance against Targets.
- Looking for a candidate to grow the business and expand the team for National and International markets.
