Director of Sales Stik
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Our Director of Sales will lead our effort to provide premium products, services and support to our clients. You will help build, develop and lead an inside sales team of highly dedicated team members who are obsessed with providing amazing service to our clients, and reaching our sales goals. In addition you will work with the founders and early product adopters to develop and refine the product and pitch for clients.

-- Oversee all day-to-day activities of the sales team and provide positive and proactive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential; set example to the sales team by achieving personal sales targets
-- Work with initial customers to identify their needs and deliver our product solution
-- Contact and transfer clients to other parties, and persuade clients on products, goods and services
-- Apply knowledge of exceptional client service, motivation, and team leadership to develop the sales team
-- Participate in sales calls with sales team members to acquire and close new business
-- Grow and develop a successful sales organization
-- Provide ongoing support, training and mentoring to the sales team
-- Monitor team performance, as well as individual team members' performance
-- Participate and oversee regular training on products and clients of Stik
-- Meet with senior leadership to pinpoint areas of improvement
-- Assist clients through any issues that may arise
-- Education: Bachelor's Degree
-- 5 - 7 years progressive sales experience required: Sales Executive, Outside Sales, Sales Prospecting
-- 3 plus years sales management experience preferred
-- Passion for helping local businesses grow
-- Creativity and flexible thinking about product, pitch & delivery
-- A sense of urgency to solve any issues that may arise
-- Strong communication skills and ability to relate to clients
-- Strong leadership skills for driving team-related goals
-- Strong mentorship skills for developing and training sales team members
-- Willingness to learn new systems, methods and techniques
-- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines and goals
-- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
