Director of Sales (East Coast) StrongMail Systems
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual and quarterly targets and to expand the company?s customer base.
Work with your team and colleagues across StrongView to develop qualified opportunities that will enable you and your team to exceed quota.
Work with each member of your team to develop effective solutions for and close plans for all qualified opportunities and assist as required with their execution.
Accurately forecast sales revenue and analyze key performance indicators, trends and results.
Work with the Sales Leadership Team to develop and implement regional sales programs that drive performance.
Recruit, manage and enhance the results of your team through regular mentoring and coaching. Develop effective close plans and regional business development initiatives.
3+ years of successful sales leadership experience, consistently meeting or exceeding team targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Successful candidates will benefit from a background in online marketing technology and services and have experience with both SaaS and licensing software models.
Working in a fast-paced growing company environment is a plus.
Stable track record with 2+ years in each organization.
