This position is within the Good finance team and will have primary accountability for business partner support to the Chief Revenue Officer responsible for worldwide sales. Responsibility will include short and long term revenue planning, with specific emphasis on software licensing; revenue analytics; business metrics; and benchmarking;, as well as expense planning. The position will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, as well leaders across the Sales and Professional Services team. Position will be the Finance lead for product pricing and quarterly sales forecast tracking, and will additionally support the Chief Revenue Officer in development of presentations.
Candidates are anticipated to have significant experience providing support to a sales organization, including revenue forecasting. The successful candidate will have experience in building sales forecasts; commission analysis; data analytics; and a record of successfully partnering with senior managers to deliver results.
To be successful in this position, you will need practiced collaboration skills; the ability to develop and execute problem resolution strategies; systems skills; strong analytical capabilities; the capacity to create and present analyses; and an ability to think strategically. You must be a strong communicator and have the depth of experience required to understand the big picture of the Company's sales model, while also being adept at building the fine pieces. An ideal candidate will have experience at a mid- to large-sized public company, preferably in the software industry.
10+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor?s Degree with MBA preferred
Strong working knowledge of finance/accounting theory and practice
Software industry experience
Practiced interpersonal skills and preparedness to interact with senior management
Strong quantitative data management and analysis experience
Superior financial modeling skills using Excel and proficiency with PowerPoint
Must be able to execute and deliver in a matrixes organization
