Job DescriptionThe Company seeks a Director of Sales to focus on a growing set of global customers based in California. This position will be responsible for developing opportunities, managing and aligning activities and driving revenue intercept plan with several strategic customers worldwide with emphasis on business development with our ecosystem partners.
Responsibilities for this position include:
? Driving design wins and revenue growth for several global accounts with heavy concentration of activities on Cisco, ALU and Ciena and one of our ecosystem partners such as Oclaro or Finisar.
? Develop account plan and align weekly activities within the 3D Account team per agreed revenue intercept plan within the account plan.
? Lead all aspects building and cultivate continuous relationships at all key accounts with 3D team members.
? Assess competitive threats and position ClariPhy products to win, while repositioning competitor products.
? Manage the technical support of key customers and sales channels according to ClariPhy policies, including sales representative technical training, technical business development and technical support.
? Work closely, effectively and efficiently with other ClariPhy organizations such as marketing, applications, operations and engineering to facilitate sales, including account plans, messaging and presentations.
? Assemble and distribute competitive data helpful to ClariPhy management team in determining new product planning, partnerships essential to sustain ClariPhy growth and strategic plans.
Required Skills & Experience
? 10+ years of successful Technical sales and/or marketing, Management and/or Applications experience with semiconductors in the Networking/Telecommunications arena
? Excellent, leadership, organizational and communication skills
? Management of technical resources as it applies to Sales development activities
? Extensive travel internationally and domstically
? Self-motivated, requiring little supervision
? BSEE or equivalent
