The Director of Sales is a critical position, responsible for generating revenue through successful sales of the EMN8 (http://www.emn8.com/) solutions offerings into major accounts on the west coast. Primary activities include expanding current relationships while also selling to decision-makers within new target companies. The Director of Sales will have the opportunity to positively and significantly impact the customer?s bottom line by increasing revenue and streamlining their operations. This is a position for an organized self-starter who has a proven track record for benefits-based and consultative selling, outstanding account management and results.

? Achieve quarterly sales targets for defined sales territory
? Build and maintain a sales pipeline sufficient to sustain and grow sales targets
? Accurately forecast business and sales pipeline as required reporting on the status of all prospects and existing accounts
? Prepare quotations and proposals for EMN8 products and services
? Demonstrate EMN8 software and hardware solutions to potential clients as required via in person meetings and web presentation tools
? Record all relevant customer/prospect communications in CRM system (i.e. Salesforce.com)
? Develop and maintain superior relationships with customers for solution upgrade and cross-sale opportunities as well as general account management
? Familiarity and experience in either QSR, hospitality, related industries or software / technology industry is required
? Possess a strong blend of tenacity and ability to quickly build and maintain strong customer relations
? Opener with demonstrated closing capabilities
? Must be highly organized and able to communicate effectively in order to determine next sales task and resolve issues and obstacles to the sales process
? Ability to understand and articulate value propositions
? BA in Sales, Marketing and/or Business or equivalent required
? 10+ years experience in quota-bearing major account sales role; 3-5 years in general sales role required
