The company is experiencing huge growth in revenue, scale and employees. It has just concluded its C funding round and is aiming to use it, along with its own generated revenues, to fund this massive growth.
Drive the sales strategy for accounts
Secure meetings with agencies, brands and creative shops
Build and maintain lasting relationships with key decision makers
Represent the company and participate in industry events and conferences, as well as provide guidance for local marketing initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships at all levels within an account, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the organization, business needs and revenue potential
Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
Maintain and upsell existing accounts
A minimum of five years of sales experience in the digital space, online video a plus
Experience selling to and working within agencies and brands
Experience in working with retail accounts
Experience in selling first to market technology products/media solutions
Excellent communications skills, both on the phone and face-to-face meetings
Intelligent, go getter, persistent, ambitious, self-motivated and self-disciplined
Great time management skills and ability to self manage
Experience working in the online video space
Proven ability to develop strong client relationships
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in a results driven environment
Must operate well in a team-oriented environment and show an aptitude for working in a fast-paced and growing, start-up environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of developing and executing long-term sales strategies
