Director of Sales Operations OnDeck
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Here at On Deck Capital, we are currently seeking to hire our first Director of Sales Operations to join our Sales Operations team in our New York City headquarters office. As the Director of Sales Operations, you will report to the SVP of Sales and directly lead our Sales Operations Manager and Sales Support Analyst. You will liaise regularly with the various managers and directors on our Sales team, as well as the leaders in Product, IT, and Marketing, to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability on a daily basis.
As the Leader of the Sales Operations team, you will:
Own and manage the Dialer to ensure all aspects are configured correctly regarding the flow of leads and other client information
Work with IT and Product on support issues and projects related to the sales team
Roll out new products, enhancements, and features as they relate to the sales team
Improve process efficiencies as they relate to our Distribution Partners, the Dialer, the Renewals team, as well as the Inside Direct sales team
Oversee Sales Training (by liaising with our Sales Trainer) to ensure all new sales people are fully and effectively "ramped up" according to the goals and needs of the business
Supervise the Sales Operations Manager and Sales Support Analyst in ensuring accurate sales reporting, metric analysis, sales recognition, and other ad-hoc sales operations support activities
You have at least 6-10 years of progressive and successful sales operations and analysis experience
You have at least 3 years of experience at the management level, having managed at least 1 direct report
You have at least a 4-year College Degree
You have strong experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM throughout your sales operations career
You have a strong work ethic and a high degree of proven resiliency
You have the ability and desire to work in a high-caliber, fast-paced, team environment.
