We?re looking for a talented, motivated, and innovative Director of Sales Operations to partner closely with Sales, Sales Development, and Ad Ops to scale the growth of our advertiser accounts across the platform. The ideal candidate is a sales ops junkie and total Tumblr enthusiast. If optimization and problem-solving are your forte, we?d love to hear from you!What you?ll do:
? Partner closely with our Ad Ops team to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
? Work alongside our sales development team to optimize and establish go-to market strategy.
? Develop pricing, yield inventory, and compensation guidelines.
? Create and implement new processes that drive efficiency and scale across our advertiser business.
? Work closely with sales leadership to define team targets and goals; devise a forecast system.
? Create and present performance reporting and provide analysis both internally and externally to designated partners.
? Make recommendations to Sales about online revenue trends (e.g. key performance indicators) and other improvements for the future.
What you?ve got:
? 5+ years experience analyzing and optimizing business processes in the digital media industry or within a tech startup.
? Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Passion for Tumblr, as well as an extensive understanding of our features and how they work.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Results-driven expertise and excellent attention to detail.
? An innovative spirit and a desire to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
? BA/BS degree.
