The Director Sales Operations will serve as a critical link between the company strategy and execution of such strategy through the sales organization. The role will report directly to the VP of WW Sales and be primarily responsible for driving & supporting sales productivity, processes, systems, & methodology.

Lead and influence highly cross functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, IT, Finance) to support successful achievement of Sales booking & Company revenue goals.
Participate in development of Sales strategy and go-to-market plan
Develop and manage all Sales management reporting processes, process flows, and sales metrics for effective management of the WW Sales team
Responsible for the lead to order processes, systems, reporting & operations
Identify data points & automate the collection of data and information from a variety of sources by designing dashboards for use in assembling reports for Executive Management
Utilize market/customer research and competitive analysis to provide Executive management with analyses and recommendations regarding trends
Work proactively to anticipate and resolve project issues to enable internal and external customer satisfaction
Identify lead volume in different geographies & verticals, build lead distribution processes, & oversee overall territory management
Measure sales metrics including inbound/outbound phone calls volume, ASP?s, lead conversion, pipeline progression and closure
Monitor and communicate progress toward deliverables and milestones as defined in project schedules, often including participation in the definition and documentation of functional requirements
Manage quarterly goals and bookings at individual level, identify high performers, rewards and stretch goals including quotas, stack rankings, and compensation crediting
Guide functional departments on technical Sales & Marketing requirements for infrastructure improvements & systems to expand scalability
BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent in training and experience
Minimum 10 years work experience in Sales Operations, Product Management, or other appropriate background
Successful history of hiring, developing, and growing a team
Experience working in E-Commerce with a focus on Prosumer and Small Businesses
Excellent work ethic and successful record of on-time project delivery
Ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction to clients
Self Starter capable of balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel 20%, including internationally

Outstanding collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals and manage expectations.
Excellent technical skills required including experience with database collection and structure.
Strong project management & financial modeling skills.
Strong written and verbal skills as well as interpersonal skills; ability to communicate about technical matters in layman?s terms as well as clearly articulate thoughts, vision and direction.
Exceptional judgment & solution-oriented problem solving skills.
