Serus Corporation, an industry leader in the emerging category of Intelligent Operations Management software, is looking for highly motivated and talented Direcor of sales. Covering large Enterprise (Fortune 2000) accounts in your region. Product focus on supply chain optimization SaaS-based product offering. Position calls for strong technical, business and communication skills. Primary clients are middle and upper management at large, complex Fortune 2000 companies focused on expense reduction and operational efficiencies. Position involves ability to work independently- managing prospecting, business and technical development and all steps of contract approval, review and closure. Proven track record in sales execution and sales attainment are critical.
Brief description: Sell SaaS-based supply chain optimization software directly or via partners to global manufacturing companies in your respective region.
Detailed description: Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Serus sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.
Job requirements: Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. 5 or more years of sales experience including technology sales experience. Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Serus business. Business development, prospecting and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability. Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development. Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues. Serus knowledge and/or knowledge of Serus competitors. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
