Director of Sales Training and Recruiting Interactions
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED To support our rapid growth, Interactions Corporation, a leader in conversational self-service for customer care, is seeking a Director of Sales Training & Recruiting. Reporting to the VP of Sales Enablement, the Director of Sales Training and Recruiting will be responsible for staffing sales positions, assessing organizational training needs, developing and executing training processes, evaluating and/or developing, implementing and continuously assessing curriculum training programs with internal and external partners.
Meets aggressive staffing demands for a rapidly growing sales organization
Leads the evaluation, design, development and implementation of programs, policies, and processes that support and enhance our Sales organizations ability to execute to plan
Evaluates, selects and executes new training solutions
Identifies, tracks and reports on key metrics to determine overall effectiveness of training initiatives and to demonstrate continuous improvement
Defines and manages budget
Defines, develops and communicates monthly/quarterly training for new initiatives and determines which programs to design and deliver with limited lead time and tight schedules
Bachelor?s degree, with ten plus (10+) years experience in recruiting, large-scale training, development and curriculum design and at least six (6) years in a sales/corporate training environment.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills required to lead and manage teams and interact with all levels of management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate employees and teams.
Experience in a variety of training technologies and training assessment.
Possess the proven ability to quickly assess business needs and provide appropriate training solutions and manage business plans and budgets.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Acrobat Reader/Distiller.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, presentation and platform skills.
