Sales Director
We are searching for a highly skilled, proven sales professional looking for an opportunity to sell mobile media and advertising in the following cities:
San Francisco
Los Angeles
New York City
Chicago
Voltari is growing rapidly and so is our sales team. We are looking for a true business development sales representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for growing mobile advertising revenue for Voltari within a specific region and specific agency list.
Our new proprietary predictive analytics platform (V-Connect) helps marketers reach the right audience, and the right time on any mobile device. We go beyond selling inventory based on a generic audience vertical. Instead, we look at your brand, your campaign, your creative, and your offer. We find prospects who want to engage with your campaign. Every impression serves to further refine your targeting, profiling and results. Our system continues to learn and improve in real-time with each campaign. There is no batch or "after-the-fact" analysis here. The system continually optimizes itself automatically, to further refine targeting and audience definition.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and grow a sales region.
Hold 5 face-to-face meetings with clients and agencies every week.
Establish the Voltari brand and value proposition with advertisers.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain up to date, accurate and informative call information, deal history and contacts in our CRM platform.
Meet and exceed revenue targets every quarter.
Manage continuous RFP interaction with agencies in the territory.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital media sales. We're looking for an energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who can dive in and immediately add value by providing advertising ideas to our clients that will grow their businesses and ours. Must be a highly articulate hunter who is results-driven with strong analytical skills and a commitment to creating new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Five years of (digital) media sales experience. Experience with mobile advertising is a strong nice-to-have.
Relationships with tier 1&2 agencies and their respective brands or
Experience with and a passion for a start-up environment
Very strong with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelors Degree.
