WildTangent is looking for an experienced and passionate Director of West Coast sales to lead an experienced team in driving digital solutions for agencies and clients in the fast paced social and mobile gaming industry. The individual will be responsible for West Coast revenue driven through creative solutions leveraging WildTangent?s proprietary and scalable advertising platform, BrandBoost, across premium online, mobile, and social games, including those on Facebook. The candidate must have a successful history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. The candidate must bring an exuberant sense of enthusiasm, fun, and imagination to the entire WildTangent team. Sales Management Experience: A successful track record of 5-7 years of digital media experience in the LA and San Francisco areas. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in managing and selling integrated solutions across video, social, and mobile content channels.
Maturity: A self-motivated and independent manager who thrives in a cooperative environment. Candidate must have a demonstrated proficiency in strategic business relationships, thoughtful presentations, skillful negotiating, and leading an experienced team.
Organizational Prowess: A solid understanding of weekly forecasting, pipeline management, account prioritization, and problem solving. Keeping your house clean and up to date is part of the role.
Passion: A high energy, revenue generating individual who loves to compete, win, and be rewarded. Demonstrated enthusiasm with internal and external partners is highly preferable.
