Director of Sales , West Coast Red Bend Software

We are looking for Director of Sales to prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities for Red Bend?s Mobile Software Management solutions throughout the West Coast region. Red Bend is looking for a ?hunter? to aggressively prospect and network with key companies throughout the West Coast. The position will telecommute and require the individual to live on the West Coast.
Key responsibilities:
? Prospecting target companies throughout the West Coast to build a healthy pipeline.
? Qualifying new sales opportunities with companies in the telecommunications industry including device manufactures, silicon vendors and operators.
? Coordinate sales efforts with other members in the region and throughout the company when needed
? Develop and maintain close relationships with influencers and decisions-makers within existing customers and partners.
? Maintain accurate sales forecast
Qualifications:
? Minimum of 5 years experience in direct selling software solutions and services in the mobile telecommunications industry
? Proven history of achieving sales quotas
? Strong fundamentals based approach to selling and demonstrated proven skills in:
prospecting & business development, account strategy & planning, value based selling, solution selling, pipeline development, and closing business.
? Excellent public speaking skills complemented by solid written and verbal communication skills
? Strong team player and self starter who can work independently with limited supervision
? Exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
? Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesfore.com etc.
? Must legally be able to work in the US
? Must already be located in the West Coast
? Ability to travel up to 20% of the time mainly throughout the West Coast, with occasional East Coast and international travel
