InContext Solutions is excited to begin the search for a Director of Talent and Recruitment at our Chicago office. This individual will be responsible for working with a small team to oversee InContext?s People Strategy as we rapidly grow around the world. While this is a newly created role that will tackle new challenges the Director won?t have to start from scratch. Since our founding five years ago we have dedicated tremendous time and energy to create a company culture rooted in our five Core Values. We have also established successful Professional Development, Requiting and Benefits programs. The new Director will run, refine or change these programs ensuring they scale. They should also be ready to make their mark. S/he will be responsible for ensuring we continue to build a company that we are all be proud of. That in mind, s/he must have the experience, entrepreneurial spirit and creativity to work with our Executive team to establish a compelling vision for the future of Talent and Recruitment along with the skill and energy to make it all happen.

Here goes: To be a fit, candidates must possess practical experience in building and scaling HR/Talent and recruiting programs, ideally in a fast paced SaaS environment. At the same time, they must be a strong cultural fit, sharing our commitment to building a world class company.

Has experience working with other cross functional departments (e.g. Marketing, Technology) to build candidate pipelines and an employer brand in the marketplace.
Is picky, patient and aspirational when it comes to recruiting. We strive to hire and keep the best talent in the business. We think we do a pretty good job and want our new Director of Talent and Recruitment to raise the bar even higher.

InContext Solutions is a cutting edge provider of 3D virtual simulations and experiences for the consumer and shopper insights industry. We use the latest in video game technology to recreate life-like shopping environments, and use them as a vehicle for testing and visualizing an almost limitless variety in-store concepts and variables ? from signage to new product packing, to interactive displays and completely reimagined retail experiences.
Who Would I Work With? Who Would I Work For?
The Director of Talent and Recruitment will report to Grant, the Group VP of Operations. That said, this person will be largely responsible for the Talent and Recruiting department so should be ready to get things done without a lot of oversight. S/he will be part of a 2-3 person team responsible for People Strategy at InContext. Day to day, this person will work directly with the Executive team and all cross functional groups including Sales, Research, 3D Art, and Technology teams.
When will I start? What will I make?
Candidates should be based in Chicago and have availability to start a new full time position in the next month or two. The interview process should take no more than 3-6 weeks from initial phone interview to offer letter. We are happy to discuss compensation including base salary, benefits, bonus targets and equity in the first interview.
