In just over a year, and with a very small team and few resources, LeadPages has generated millions in revenue and has released game changing innovations; we?re the first company to apply ?big data? approaches and ?network effect? thinking to post-click marketing (don?t worry if you don?t understand what this means: we?ll explain it during our interview).

The Director of Templates and Education plays a critical role in our customers? experience by setting the vision for and tone of our templates, arguably the cornerstone of the LeadPages product.

You love presenting on stages and on webinars, you can rock a podcast interview, and you're a thought leader in the digital marketing community.
You?re well versed in web technology and - truth be told - a bit of a geek.
You know what ?fast-paced? really means and you embrace it.
Training end users comes naturally to you.
You have no problems determining not only ?what,? but ?why,? and ?when.?
You will always give your assessment and strategy for achieving desired outcomes, but you don?t bristle at pushback and debate.
You never say, ?That?s not my job.?
You love to treat people who work with you extremely well.
You want to be on the ride from 45 people all the way to IPO.
You have a unique combination of skills, talents, and mindset, including:
Thought leadership in marketing, conversion rate optimization, and/or landing page design.
Experience giving webinars about topics like setting up funnels or conversion rate optimization.
A history of appearing on podcasts, speaking publicly, and giving presentations.
Expertise in setting up marketing campaigns.
End user training experience.
Impeccable writing skills.
Marketing software start-up experience.
What?s the plan?
Your responsibilities and priorities will shift with the tides, but from a high level, you will:
Work directly with our CEO, Clay Collins.
Develop a market-leading vision and plan around template development.
Set the tone around templates while keeping a close eye on changing needs and trends.
Decide what cool new features need to be developed around the templates and what should be included in the editor.
Determine which categories need to be created and why.
Set the strategy for evolving the development of templates over time.
Write ebooks and educational materials around our product.
Train users in the correct usage of the templates.
Recruit developers who will help create new templates.
