Director of Worldwide Sales Operations Mindjet

This position will work closely with Sales and marketing teams to support functions essential to sales team productivity and effectiveness. These including planning, quota setting and management, sales process and reporting, analysis and support of various sales team programs. The role has 2 direct reports and works closely with sales, marketing, order administration, Business systems and Finance to ensure the sales and marketing teams are effective and efficient in achieving the goals of the Company. The role reports to the VP of Finance with strong alignment with the sales and marketing teams globally.Key job responsibilities:
Manage directly a team of 2 and help coordinate activities of other global teams that use Salesforce.com.
Coordinate Sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Proactively include stakeholders in processes as well.
Support the process of analyzing and setting sales team quota and ensure adequate resources are aligned.
Support the analysis and preparation of sales objectives
Primary system owner of Salesforce.com. Define the key initiatives with collaboration of stakeholders.
Ensure that reporting to sales team supports the goals and is accessible and relevant for sales team management.
Ensure the sales team is trained on Salesforce tool and understands the key definitions and processes.
Work with Order administration to ensure price lists are optimized for the sales team and the sales channel.
Qualifications:
5-10 years in sales or sales operational roles.
Strong in Excel
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com
Track record of delivering in a sales operations management role.
BA required. MBA preferred.
Some level of travel necessary.
