Director, Online Marketing Echopass

Position Description: In this newly created position, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing a digital marketing communications strategy for Echopass which will include strategies for digital events, social media search, video, and mobile marketing which will deliver optimum customer experiences, lead generation, and return on marketing investment. This position is located in Pleasanton, CA.
Requirements:
BA/BS in Marketing or Computer Science; MBA preferred
Ten (10) years demonstrated industry expertise driving strategic online, mobile, social, and video capabilities
Previous experience developing integrated marketing communications, and content development
Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and digital media to drive outstanding customer experience
Previous experience developing digital communities, integrated PR campaigns, website integration, search tools, and social channel campaigns for B2B marketing
Exceptional collaboration abilities and the ability to work well within a small team of marketing professionals
High level of accountability, responsibility, and the willingness to go-the-distance to create a digital program of exceptional quality
Responsibilities:
Lead digital strategy development, implementation, and ongoing execution and nurturing of the digital channels
Align with segment marketing to drive business objectives
Participate in business prioritization process and develop contractor strategy for digital capabilities
Partner in budget allocation in support of business priorities
Provide SME feedback on digital marketing tools and processes
Oversee digital capabilities strategy and execution across all digital channels
Architect and implement digital marketing programs driving business goals
Define optimum digital mix to support business priorities
Own the development of digital marketing policy, governance and compliance process
Manage digital engine operating model to deliver optimum Return on Marketing Investment
Manage, monitor, and provide hands-on support for all social media channels
