As HotChalk?s Media Operations Director in Campbell, CA, your primary mission will be to oversee all operational processes and procedures in the media group, which covers advertising sales, network optimization, account management, media buying, program development, ad operations, and business metrics. Your years of account management or adops experience for online media companies with managed publisher networks will allow you to oversee ad platform/server migration and ad serving architecture as well as create scalable workflow for setting up ad campaigns on the network. You'll also leverage your experience with ad technology platforms and servers and your ability to traffic online ads while you develop a network health dashboard highlighting key metrics, trends, opportunities, risks, etc? Therefore, your familiarity with online media measurement tools like ComScore, Nielsen, Quantcast, and Alexa will be critical. And so will your knowledge of emerging publisher yield tools, ad revenue opportunities, lead generation and ad product trends. Because you have management skills to keep team members focused, motivated, productive, efficient, and amicable you will have no problem hiring and building out the account management and adops teams. Other key responsibilities include:
Developing processes for a scalable Publisher Account management, support, and communications plan
Providing recommendations/analysis on any new proposals, programs, or products related to the media group (Pubs/Advertisers/Networks)
Managing dashboard for leadgen activities related to publisher network
Developing scalable processes for ad product testing and deployment
