Responsibilities:
Strategically guide the product roadmap
Initiate and prioritize projects, determine the best implementation methods, track product development, and develop product launch plans
Develop the product strategy, positioning, and all elements related to the business case
Convert business ideas and research into actionable product releases with an emphasis on revenue and performance
Ongoing pricing analysis and price point strategy management
Define new customer segments and develop acquisition strategies
ID new products and work with product management to pilot
Lead, recruit, and grow a talented product team
Requirements:
5-10 years of product marketing /management experience, ideally in consumer legal products and/or ecommerce space
Strong strategic capability set with ability to rigorously define, prioritize and execute across a complex range of categories, customers, products, and functional groups
Proven track record of accelerating growth of product sales and defining products based on unmet customer needs
Solid project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
Strong attention to detail balanced by ability to see the big picture
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with smart highly motivated colleagues
Bachelors degree
