Position Overview:

The FireEye, Inc., Order Management Director will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, Legal, Product Management and Sales. The Order Management Director is responsible for executing and strengthening internal controls and business practices to ensure compliance and support of FireEye?s revenue and corporate objectives. The position reports to the Vice President of Finance.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Build and lead a global order-management function for metric based, world-class performance.
Manage function to ensure alignment with corporate goals on deal structure and discounts.
Responsible for order administration, tracking against service level agreements and reporting for all order types including, but not limited to, revenue, evaluation, internal and beta orders.
Oversee all aspects of FireEye?s evaluation programs worldwide including program design/maintenance, training, system enhancements, forecasting, return processes and reporting.
Liaison with Sales and internal departments on product forecasts and work closely with Supply Chain to optimize product availability.
Become in-house expert of related business systems and their relation to orders and products.
Work with Business Systems, Tech Ops, Engineering and Manufacturing to implement the next generation licensing mechanism.
Support the move to Flextronics and work with Manufacturing on the B2B Flextronics implementation. Assist with rollout of additional service depots.
Manage the Oracle and SFDC Installed Base and Service Contracts.
Responsible for Oracle account integrity.
Manage the orders backlog and end of quarter bookings and revenue process.
Integral member of the pricing committee and handles the price list review/sign-off process and maintenance of price books in Salesforce and Oracle.
Support monthly accounting/booking reconciliation between sales and accounting system.
Implement/improve current processes focusing on automation to scale with business growth.
Work with Product Marketing relation to pricing, EOL and NPI.
Develop working knowledge of products and partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
10+ years of related experience
Communicate effectively, in both oral and written form, with all levels within FireEye, Inc.
Experience dealing with customer issues, challenges, complaints, and having the savvy to escalate when appropriate
Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to convert analytical findings to actionable steps
Effective prioritization, organization and multi-tasking skills
Salesforce knowledge a plus
Oracle knowledge a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio
