Director Product Design Thumbplay

Ideal candidate will have 7+ years in Interaction Design and/or Graphic Design with 5+ years exp with web-based products and at least 1 year of mobile products.Will manage a team of up to 10 interaction designers and graphic designers.
Must be able to produce innovative designs under tight deadlines with superior facilitation and team work skills.
Web and or Flash development background is a plus.
Experience in digital media, especially music or video is a plus. Advanced degree in related design field a strong plus.
Systematically capture and disseminate user feedback.
