Director, Product Design Fanzter

Were looking for a Director of Product Design who can help us lead all aspects of developing high quality products.

Fanzter is as much a product company as we are a technology company and we demand excellence and innovation in all that we do. As the Director of Product Design at Fanzter, you will be responsible for the design and experience of all our products. This includes designing features, making product and platform decisions, defining the aesthetic elements of product interfaces, and the wearing of many hats.
Responsibilities

Create and maintain execution plans around priorities with management, engineering, and design
Optimize the processes of building products towards efficiency
Manage timelines and hold people accountable to them
Define and integrate a metrics driven product culture
Take ownership of problems and solve them

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, or other related technical field preferred.
Extraordinary product, interaction, and visual design talent
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain your design decisions
Experience with mobile design
Expert ability to get things done
Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines imposed by rapid business growth
