Position Description
The Senior Product Manager (Integration) is responsible for the management of E2opens product suite including strategy, planning, and working closely with product marketing on the appropriate outbound messaging. The position involves managing and owning components of the E2open B2B Integration Solution, and marshalling enhancement requests through the E2open application lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing project and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the development and SaaS infrastructure teams to deliver E2opens integration cloud-based products and services. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals, and working directly with our customers and prospects to obtain requirements and present our roadmap and strategy to them.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Work with external and internal customers to define a jointly agreeable product strategy and roadmap
2. Work with the E2open development team to agree the best design and implement the necessary product changes
3. Deliver detailed and technical PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
4. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
5. Perform product demos to alliance partners, customers, and prospects
6. Train internal and external teams on the products
7. Write documentation to support the products usage in the field
8. Work with analysts to evangelize the products and acquire market feedback
9. Act as a leader within the company
Required experience and knowledge:
1. Minimum of 8 years experience as a Product Manager
2. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
3. Experience preferred in one or more of the following areas: Enterprise Product Integration, Supply Chain, Collaborative Applications, SaaS business models, eBusiness Integration
4. Technical background, with experience in Supply Chain software in the areas of Collaboration, multi-enterprise partner network, B2B and community management
5. Experience with integration scenarios between various applications and their associated content, experience with Web Services a plus
6. Knowledge of enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Transportation Management Systems, Supply and Demand Planning systems especially from an integration point of view a plus.
7. Experience with Standards bodies such as RosettaNet, OAGIS, ASC, etc. a plus
8. Excellent written, verbal communication and teamwork skills
9. Experience with Agile/SCRUM ALM processes and tools
10. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
11. Bachelors degree
