The Director, Product Management, Cloud Services will help identify, define and execute on product plans for IronKey's Trusted Access Cloud Services platform. IronKey Trusted Cloud Services today enable its Trusted Access product line for financial institutions globally by delivering best-in-class fraud protection solutions. In this role, you will create and deliver product requirements, drive execution of specific programs and projects to completion against project plans based on the product roadmap. You will collaborate with a cross functional team and work with strategic partners organization to ensure timely delivery of the integrated solution to IronKey customers.

The ideal candidate will be an analytically strong product thinker with the ability to anticipate the needs of the customer. He or she will have the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and create integrated solutions with key technology vendors and other technology and cloud based service Providers.

We are looking for a product leader who is able to design, deliver, and stand behind world class security products and services. Ability to build a strong product management team and discipline to execute will be a critical requirement to be successful in this role. This person will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Product Management and Strategy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for defining cloud security services roadmap
Understand the interests, values and needs of IronKey's enterprise customers and execute on a product strategy to deliver business outcomes that customers want
Lead cloud services launches, releases and beta and usability testing of new products and features in partnership with the product managers focused on specific solution areas
Evangelize cloud services platform
Interact with the product management team focused on industry specific solutions, and other cross functional teams to define, document, and approve business requirements, market requirements, product requirements, feature specifications, detailed use cases, and user materials
Manage the collection, analysis and prioritization of product features, feature requests, and product road maps
Coordinate and organize product development throughout the product life cycle

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with executive management, partners, customers, team leaders, and other stakeholders
In-depth understanding of security, compliance and data loss prevention solutions
Experience in managing highly scalable hosted solution
Execution focus and attention to details is a must
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent and successful products
Strong organizational skills and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strategic marketing perspective for identifying opportunities and analyzing competitive products
Must work well in a team, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment and have experience working with cross-functional teams

Education & Work Experience:

5-7 years of senior level product management experience in a SaaS or hosted services environment
Prior experience with start-up or small company is a plus
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technology or internet-related field
MBA or Master's Degree in a security related field preferred
