Director, Product Management (New Products) Vertafore, Inc.
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED This position will report directly to the SVP of Product Management and will be a key contributor of the Product Leadership team through all stages of the Product Lifecycle.
This position is responsible for new products and solutions strategy:
Product strategy and innovation ? Leads cross-functional team to deliver product strategy and product portfolio management, integrated product planning, and competitive differentiation.
Product roadmap ? Leads cross-functional team in translating consumer needs into product features, works collaboratively with the development teams and develops innovative growth strategies.
Product P&L results - Leads cross-functional team to build market share, positive brand awareness and profitability grounded in deep consumer, product, and market understanding.
Operational Excellence ? Leads team in execution of key assigned deliverables and executes challenging business plans on time, on budget, and on goal. Ensures that company best practices are utilized in pursuit of objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Front Office/CRM products desired.
Experience working in commercial software development required.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to represent the Company?s interests to internally and externally
Demonstrated excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to make and execute data-driven decisions. Business Case Analysis and familiarity with developing and reviewing complex Excel models is required.
Experience managing and developing high performing teams
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in alignment with organizational goals.
7+ years of SW Product Management or relevant discipline experience.
Master's degree and/or a Bachelor's degree in an analytical field of study or within the software development field.
