Healthline is seeking a senior-level Director, Product Management to deliver innovative solutions that fuel Healthline?s rapid growth.
Manage a team of talented Product Managers to define and deliver a suite of product innovations that solve client needs
Relentlessly focus on user (patient, member and consumer) experience
Prioritize roadmap based on near term sales needs and long term market needs
Build and iterate on products throughout the product life cycle
Create and lead an agile, cross-functional product development process
Work with product marketing, sales and business development to identify market opportunities and define product requirements and specific use cases
Establish a culture of testing and iteration
Work with product marketing to develop go-to-market plans, demos and identify key messages for sales materials, marketing campaigns, and press releases
Manage external vendors and development resources as needed
BS/BA required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred
7-10 years of increasing responsibility in a product management role
3-5 years leading teams in a start-up environment
3-5 years prior experience in healthcare technology
Deep understanding of payer and provider organizations and a thirst to master the highly evolving health care industry
Superior organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and operational responsibilities simultaneously
Outstanding communications skills and an ability to translate the complex into the simple
Embodies product management discipline and practice, with knowledge of Agile
Experience identifying target end-users and conducting user testing for market and product validation
Experience managing mobile development, social a plus
Passion for patient and consumer engagement, and meeting customer needs
Passion for working in a fast paced, results oriented environment
