You will be expected to think big, rank in the top 5% of your peers on business acumen and sales team and customer empathy. You will quickly develop and execute product plans that win customers, beat competitors and generate significant recurring revenue. You are a one-person force working cross-functionally with extremely talented engineering, program management and B2B market marketing teams. Oh, and you have to execute. Every day.
We are looking for proven B2B product managers with demonstrated success. If your understanding of "CAC," "MRR,", "Wire-framing," or "Agile," was obtained via google it is likely you belong somewhere else.
--Proven ability to sell a product to sales teams that achieve multiple millions of dollars of recurring revenue.
--5+ years of experience with successful online B2B and/or SaaS product business models within fast-paced, agile environment.
--Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work in a cross-functional matrix environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
--Confidence to interact with team members across all departments and levels of the organization.
--Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
--Hands-on experience in requirements definition, writing and presenting product roadmaps, MRDs and wire-framing UI concepts.
--Experience in eCommerce, freemium (or trial) to subscription preferred.
--Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills with data-driven approach to decision-making.
--BA/BS in Business or technical field (MBA is a plus).
--Own vision and product roadmap for an existing or new product.
--Lead the execution of the product roadmap working in close collaboration with program managers, developers, data scientists and marketing segment managers.
--Increase employer revenue and reduce employer churn by developing innovative features that fill unmet needs in the marketplace.
--Increase customer satisfaction and engagement by building new features and products that help employers align their compensation strategy to their business strategy.
--Create and present written business and market requirements; collaborate with Program Managers and developers to define specifications for development.
--Define pricing, positing/messaging, product FAQ, feature benefit statements and fundamental objection handling.
--Execute go to market strategies in close collaboration with B2B Marketing, Program Managers, Sales leaders, customer service and data sciences teams.
This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is based in Seattle, WA.
