You?ve had multiple years of experience working in the ad tech industry and are looking for the unique opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company. You excel at being the voice of technically amazing products and analyzing the market for new opportunities. You love working across functional teams to drive product adoption, determine positioning, and develop messaging. You have a demonstrated ability to deeply understand customers and always working to ensure our products speak their language.
The Director Product Marketing will work across all departments with the goal of creation and successful adoption of the best technology in our space.
The Director of Product Marketing Role:
Deeply analyze and understand our market to determine how we should position and message our products to customers
Be a key contributor to new product discovery
Play a key role in ensuring timely, quality product releases
Research our competitors to find their strengths and blind spots. Find ways around them
Define and enforce focus on our target market segments
Calculate the price at which our products should be offered
Be the voice of our customers via interviews, surveys and observation
Build case studies and gather testimonials from impressive clients to prove our value
Support our sales team with general purpose and campaign specific marketing collateral
Guide our own branding and advertising initiatives
Ensure personal growth and development of members of the marketing team
8+ years experience in product marketing role
5+ years in digital advertising
Process-oriented, results-oriented, and pays high attention to detail in all aspects of work
Ability to anticipate the strategic needs of the company and provide thoughtful long term solutions
Highly autonomous, self directed and comfortable working within an entrepreneurial environment
Demonstrated team building and leadership skills
